Standard Data Processing Agreement
BMC Helix’s Standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA) defines contractual commitments for protecting customer personal data and complying with applicable data protection laws. The DPA applies to BMC Helix services, including AI features, and defines Helix’s obligations as a data processor. The DPA incorporates requirements of the EU and UK GDPR, when BMC Helix acts as a data processor on behalf of customers.

Customer data control and governance
