Applies the same readiness, documentation, and risk checks across qualifying changes.

Identifies missing information, weak plans, and risk indicators before implementation.

Completes much of the initial readiness and risk assessment before a change manager reviews the request.

Combines change readiness, historical outcomes, and live operational risk to give approvers a broader view of whether a change should proceed.

Reduces the administrative effort of assessment and approval, allowing teams to support more frequent change without weakening governance.
