What you get:

BMC Helix will perform the following:

• Conduct workshop(s) with Customer (2 days allotted) to:
  • Provide an overview of AIOps and its benefits
  • Review Customer’s desired business outcomes
  • Review and discuss the following AIOps value cases and alignment to Customer’s business outcomes:
    • Observability
    • Service Modelling
    • Service Noise Reduction
    • Anomaly Detection
    • Root Cause Isolation 
    • Automated remediation
    • Agentic Agents
• Assess Customer’s current maturity level for each value case across people, process, data, and technology. 
• Identify capability gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare a BMC Helix Advisory Report that includes:
  • A high-level execution roadmap with expected values and outcomes at each step
  • Recommended Deployment Services from the BMC Helix Success Catalog.
  • Recommended BMC Helix Education courses
  • Customer related roles and responsibilities
• Review BMC Helix Advisory Report with Customer

Customer will be responsible for:

• Providing access to the necessary stakeholders on the agreed start date and throughout the delivery process.

Deliverables:

Using BMC Helix standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:

• BMC Helix Advisory Report

Completion Criteria: 

BMC Helix will have completed the Service when the in-scope Service have been completed, and the Deliverables have been reviewed in accordance with the Terms of Use and delivered to the customer Project Manager.  From delivery start date, the service must be consumed and completed within 30 days.  Consultant days must be booked in no less than 8-hour increments/full days.

BMC Helix will provide this service with one of the approaches below:

Pre-requisites:

• Provide current state operating model, goals, and objectives.
• Identify stakeholders to be engaged and agree to timing.
