Contact usThe Helix Agentic Apps Builder Service helps customers design, build, and deploy AI-powered agentic applications on BMC Helix Platform using Innovation Studio, BMC HelixGPT, generative AI, and large language model capabilities. The service supports coded and codeless application development through HAE and Helix Cursor, with scope and credits determined by the confirmed application complexity tier.
Application Complexity Tiers:
The scope, effort, and Number of Credits required for each engagement are determined by the complexity of the application being built. BMC Helix classifies agentic and IS applications into three tiers:
The Application Complexity Tier is confirmed with the customer during workshop and is used to calculate the Number of Credits required for the engagement (see Credit Redemption for complexity below).
BMC Helix will perform the following:
Customer will be responsible for:
Deliverables: Using BMC Helix standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:
Completion Criteria: BMC Helix will have completed the Service when the in-scope Services are complete, the Deliverables have been reviewed in accordance with the Terms of Use, and the Deliverables have been delivered to the customer Project Manager. Consultant days must be booked in increments of at least eight hours/full days.

LLM Tokens:
When Helix Cursor (the HAE-powered LLM IDE) is used for HAE based application development and the customer must provide or maintain its own large language model (LLM) provider account, license, or API access, BMC Helix Consultant will use this provided LLM for HAE based application development.
The process is as follows:
Field Delivery Engineer (FDE): A BMC Helix technical specialist who leads the hands-on execution of Success Catalog services, working directly with customer teams to configure, validate, and optimize BMC Helix solutions.
Country-Specific Staffing: Upon Customer’s request and BMC Helix resource availability, BMC Helix will deviate from BMC Helix Standard Delivery Model to provide Country-Specific Staffing for the delivery of the Service.
AI Agents: Dynamic software entities that use Generative AI / LLM-powered reasoning to autonomously plan, interpret, and take actions to accomplish goals within defined guardrails.
Phase Gate: A formal review point where the steering committee evaluates exit criteria and authorizes transition to the next adoption phase.
Center of Excellence (CoE): A cross-functional governance body that manages the agent lifecycle from request through retirement, ensuring quality standards and business alignment for custom agents.
HAE (Helix Agentic Engineer): The BMC Helix tool used to design, build, and deploy coded or codeless IS (Innovation Studio) applications and agents on the BMC Helix Platform.
Application Complexity Tier: A classification — Simple, Medium, or Complex — used to estimate scope, effort, and credit consumption for an agentic or IS application, based on the number of integrated data sources, business logic complexity, and development approach (coded or codeless).
LLM Tokens: The process by which a provides the Customer enterprise LLM access is provided to BMC Helix Consultant for HAE based application development.
“CORTEX” LLM: BMC Helix In-house hosted LLM used for HAE based application development, this Entitles BMC Helix to use this developed application for Market place distribution.
